After the Pacquiao – Mosely fight last May 9,2011 which was won by Pacquiaiomany fans asked who would be Pacquiao’s next contender. They give us three persons to choose from. Today we really get the answer to our question. Pacquiao’s next contender will be Juan Miguel Marquez. Marquez had already signed the contract to fight this coming November 12, 2011.Most likely, according to Todd duBoef the venue will be on Las Vegas.
The two had already encountered before. This is the third time the two will fight. There first encounter was during the year 2004 which result was draw. Then on the year 2008, the battle was won again by Pacquiao through a split- decision.
Pacquiao who is now known as the world’s top pound-for –pound boxer had won over the long time boxing fighters Ricky Hatton, Oscar Dela Hoya and Miguel Cotto after winning the fight against Marquez. He had also won the belt via unanimous decisions over Joshua Clottey, Antonio Margarito and Shane Mosley.
This will be a great fight , everybody expect that since Marquez will really be striving to win. He was so excited for the game. He is flying to the Philippines next to present the contract to Manny Pacquiao. Of course many fans are expecting that Manny Pacquiao will sign the contract.
Who really be on top of the scoring? Will Marquez do it on the third time or Pacquiao will continue to bring home the bacon? All this questions will be answered soon. So we better wait and watch for it.
